Biography
McKayla Bogda is a committed associate attorney whose practice centers on largely defending healthcare providers, businesses, and municipalities in civil litigation. Recently admitted to the bar, McKayla guides clients through each phase of litigation—attending depositions and hearings, drafting clear and compelling pleadings and memoranda, and performing in-depth legal research on intricate issues. She also collaborates in selecting and preparing medical experts while helping shape practical, client-focused case strategies.
