Biography
Scott’s experience in the litigation field includes representation of for profit and nonprofit entities in a variety of settings. These include defense of medical malpractice claims, personal injury and other tort claims, contract litigation, employment discrimination, real estate litigation, commercial and regulatory matters involving health care systems and providers, and representation of municipal and other governmental entities in commercial and tort based litigation.
