Tanner A. Kirksey

Tanner Kirksey focuses his practice on civil litigation, and is a highly skilled and dedicated attorney specializing in multiple areas of the law.

Tanner has comprehensive experience in construction litigation, class actions, civil rights, commercial litigation, labor and employment, contract and statutory actions, and real estate litigation in both state and federal courts. His expertise ranges from pre-suit claims to appeals, with multiple successful results achieved both in and outside the courtroom. With his history as both a defense and plaintiffs’ attorney, Tanner understands both sides of litigation and uses that knowledge and expertise for the benefit of his clients in every matter.
