Biography
David Hamilton concentrates his practice in commercial and general business litigation in federal and state courts. A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to representing local municipalities, as well as serving as a mediator to assist parties in reaching an acceptable settlement of their dispute.
David believes clients are entitled to prompt, economical resolution of commercial disputes. To affect such resolutions, he believes it is critical to encourage open communication with the client at all stages of a case, including investigation, discovery, settlement and trial. David attempts to achieve a favorable settlement if that is in the client's best interests, but where settlement is not possible, he has a proven record of successfully completing numerous jury trials in state and federal court.
