Addison Miller’s practice with the firm focuses on corporate transactions, business law, real estate transactions, and local government law.
Addison assists with real estate transactions and development matters, as well as corporate organization, governance, and contract issues. He also assists municipalities and other public entities on statutory interpretation, zoning and land use, and compliance.
