Biography
Karen Moske focuses her practice on litigation and the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, dentists, therapists and nursing homes in medical malpractice claims, negligence claims, statutory actions, breach of contract and other litigation. In addition, she assists in the representation of health care clients in professional negligence, corporate governance issues, medical staff and credentialing issues, and litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Karen has experience in corporate health care, including medical staff bylaws, medical records, EMTALA, informed consent issues, and National Practitioner Data Bank Issues. Her clinical experience as a registered respiratory therapist, working in both adult and neonatal intensive care, has given her a unique perspective in her representation of clients in the health care industry.
