On March 28, Drew Weber led a seminar entitled, “Lease Misérables—Minor Provisions Causing Major Headaches.” Attendees learned about often-overlooked provisions of commercial leases which, if not properly negotiated and drafted, can cause significant problems. The seminar was organized by the St. Charles County Association of Realtors—Commercial Division.
