Drew Weber focuses his practice on corporate, real estate and local government law matters. His corporate practice includes corporate formation and organizational matters, employment law issues, business transactions, and general corporate representation. He currently serves as outside general counsel for a number of business entities. Representative business transactions include mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, independent contractor agreements, and contracts for goods and services.

Drew's real estate practice is primarily focused on real estate transactions and zoning and land use matters. He represents real estate developers, homeowner and commercial lot owners' associations, and individuals in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of various real estate assets. In addition, he has negotiated and drafted leases, purchase contracts, easements, financing documents, and other complex transactional documents for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Drew has extensive experience representing clients before local governments to obtain zoning, land use, and subdivision approval throughout the St. Louis region.

Drew's local government law practice involves the general representation of municipalities and other political subdivisions in a variety of matters. He is the City Attorney for the cities of Cottleville and Warson Woods and serves as counsel to municipal governing bodies, planning and zoning commissions, boards of adjustment, and other special commissions. His experience includes advising clients on issues of governance, negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements and public works construction agreements, annexations, drafting and interpreting legislation, and the formation of special business districts such as community improvement districts and neighborhood improvement districts.

As a result of his extensive experience, Drew has presented seminars as a lecturer on various topics of interest for local governments, business associations, and other groups. Frequent topics include: real estate issues such as leasing, homeowner's associations, and financing public or private improvements; local government law issues, including zoning and administrative procedures; and business formation, contracts, and dissolution.
