He is the City Attorney for the cities of Cottleville and Warson Woods and serves as counsel to municipal governing bodies, planning and zoning commissions, boards of adjustment, and other special commissions. His experience includes advising clients on issues of governance, negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements and public works construction agreements, annexations, drafting and interpreting legislation, and the formation of special business districts such as community improvement districts and neighborhood improvement districts.
As a result of his extensive experience, Drew has presented seminars as a lecturer on various topics of interest for local governments, business associations, and other groups.
