Jennifer Burkhart’s practice with the firm focuses on commercial and municipal civil litigation matters, and medical malpractice defense.
Jennifer is attending Saint Louis University School of Law, with an anticipated JD in May, 2023. She is a Dean’s Scholar and received the Benjamin Xue & Associates, Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Student Award. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
A significant portion of Jennifer’s practice will involve defending health care institutions and professionals against claims of medical malpractice, as well as representing individuals and corporations in complex business, employment, and commercial legal matters.
