Karen Carr Moske's practice includes local government and defense of personal injury claims. She assists in the representation of municipal clients and other local government entities in defense of negligence, statutory claims, statutory actions, and other areas of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition, Ms. Moske has experience in representing employers in both Missouri and Illinois in defense of Workers' Compensation claims, retaliatory discharge litigation and other employment related areas.

Karen Carr Moske concentrates her practice in the health care and litigation fields. She assists in the representation of health care clients in professional negligence, corporate governance issues, medical staff and credentialing issues, and litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition, Ms. Moske has experience in corporate health care issues, including medical staff bylaws, health care fraud and abuse, EMTALA, Informed Consent Issues, and National Practitioners Data Bank Issues. In addition, Ms. Moske has assisted in the representation of managed care clients, including in the area of ERISA preemption.

Ms. Moske's clinical experience as a registered respiratory therapist in a hospital setting gives her a unique perspective on health care issues. She was an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor from 1984 until 1989.
